Kepala Cenut-cenut Bisa Diredakan dari Makanan Ini

Jakarta, Ada beberapa makanan yang bisa memicu munculnya sakit kepala alias cenut-cenut, tapi ada pula makanan yang bisa meredakan sakit kepala. Apa saja?

Lebih dari 100 juta orang menderita berbagai jenis sakit kepala kronis. Ada berbagai jenis penyebab mengapa orang mengalami sakit kepala, seperti stres, sakit dan alergi.

Berikut beberapa makanan yang bisa membantu meredakan sakit kepala, seperti dilansir Livestrong, Rabu (18/5/2011):
1. Kentang
Sakit kepala tidak hanya disebabkan karena dehidrasi tetapi juga karena hilangnya elektrolit seperti kalium. Makan makanan kaya kalium dapat membantu meringankan sakit kepala seperti dengan mengganti kehilangan kalium. Kentang mengandung banyak kalium, yaitu 100 mg kentang panggang (dengan kulit) dapat berisi hingga 600 mg kalium.

2. Pisang
Pisang juga tinggi kalium. Pisang sedang mengandung 467 mg kalium, tetapi juga tinggi magnesium (pisang sedang mengandung 10 persen dari asupan yang direkomendasikan).

3. Semangka
Dehidrasi adalah penyebab umum sakit kepala. Pertimbangkan untuk minum lebih banyak air atau makan banyak makanan yang kaya air (seperti semangka) untuk mencegah sakit kepala.

4. Ikan
Ikan berlemak (seperti salmon, tuna dan mackerel) bertindak sebagai obat untuk sakit kepala migrain karena kaya akan asam lemak esensial, omega-3. Asam lemak omega 3 dapat menghambat peradangan yang sering memicu migrain.

5. Jahe
Selain sebagai obat untuk mual, inflamasi dan anti-histamin (obat alergi) jahe juga dapat bermanfaat dalam memerangi sakit kepala. Hal ini dapat dimasak atau dikombinasikan dengan minuman yang berbeda dan minuman seperti teh.

Hati-hati Belajar Agama (Islam) dari Internet

Sudah sejak lama saya ingin membahas tentang hal ini. Baru sekarang
Allah memberi momen yang tepat. Saya menulis ini bukan supaya pembaca
jadi tidak pernah lagi kirim2an artikel Islami via email, browsing
web2 religius, atau ndengerin lantunan Syaikh Sudais dari
quranicaudio.com, tapi sekedar untuk mengingatkan bahwa itu saja tidak
cukup. The internet is not enough (Bukan The world is not enough
seperti film nya James Bond).
Ada beberapa hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian dalam belajar agama di
internet ini, menurut pengamatan saya.
1. Bahaya merasa cukup, menjadi malas bertanya langsung ke Ulama. Dengan
adanya sumber yang berlimpah (seperti kata Fakhur teman saya: Ilmu di
ujung jari, tinggal Ctrl-F dan Touch!, karena dia pakai iPhone..),
maka orang mudah merasa sudah tahu, dan merasa tidak perlu lagi
bertanya-tanya kepada orang yang lebih tahu. Padahal seringkali apa
yang kita baca di internet tidak sepenuhnya kita pahami sebagaimana
yang diinginkan oleh penulisnya. Terutama jika situasi dan kondisi
penulis tidak sama dengan situasi dan kondisi pembaca. Seperti Quran
yang terkadang hanya bisa dipahami dari asbabun nuzulnya, bukan hanya
dari apa yang tertulis saja…
2. Merasa tidak perlu bersilaturrahim kepada Ulama. Ini juga menjadi
penyakit yang sangat parah. Bersilaturrahiim kepada ulama tidak bisa
digantikan dengan baca-baca buku dan browsing internet. Pahala duduk
dalam majelis ilmu, fadhilah memandang wajah ulama, keutamaan duduk
dalam majelis-majelis dzikir, manfaat mendengar bayan dan penjelasan
ulama, jelas tidak bisa didapat dengan duduk berlama-lama memencet
tuts keyboard dan meng-klik mouse. Dan, bersilaturrahim ini bukan
hanya sekedar saat kita ingin bertanya tentang masalah hukum agama
saja. Silaturrahiim kepada ulama ini memang banyak fadhilah nya. Dan
untuk menanya persoalan pun, sebenarnya tidak sopan kalau cuma sms-an,
tapi akan lebih ber-adab jika berkunjung dan meminta nasehat langsung.
Tentu saja, untuk saat2 darurat, tidak mengapa jika terpaksa menelepon
atau kirim sms…
3. Internet tidak pandai memilah-milah, mana yang penting dan mana yang
tidak. Karena internet tidak pandai, lalu kemudian kita sendiri yang
memilah-milah, bahan dan apa yang akan kita baca. Dan kemudian kita
memilah-milah berdasarkan apa yang terjadi dan kita hadapi dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari. Masalahnya adalah, terkadang, perkara yang amat
penting itu tidak kita jumpai (baca: tidak kita rasakan) dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari, padahal itu ada. Akhirnya terkadang kita jadi
sibuk dengan membahas perkara2 yang sebenarnya remeh temeh dan
melupakan perkara2 lain yang lebih penting, karena hasil googling “I’m
Feeling LuckyTM” membawa kita kesana.
4. Internet itu rimba belantara. Tidak ada sesiapapun yang mengontrol
benar dan salah di internet. Sebagaimana di hutan dimana yang menjadi
raja adalah yang paling kuat, di belantara internet, yang menjadi raja
adalah yang paling tinggi rangking google rank-nya. Kalau dalam dunia
bisnis dan dunia eknomi yang memang sehari-hari berkutat dengan
internet sih tidak masalah. Karena pada saat itu, benar dan salah jadi
tidak ada, yang ada hanya request and demand. Tapi dalam hal agama,
dimana ulama-ulama haqiqi (ulama yang sesungguhnya) sedang sibuk
dengan dzikir, muroqobah, dan murajaah, maka orang-orang yang merasa
tahu menuliskan apa yang mereka rasa tahu dan dibaca oleh orang yang
sama-sama tidak tahu, dan… begitulah. Mudahnya fasilitas forward dan
copy paste juga membuat sebuah pendapat yang sebenarnya belum tentu
benar, jadi terlihat benar karena ada dimana-mana. Duh..

Saya yakin masih banyak nomor 5, 6, 7 dan seterusnya, atau bahkan
mencoret nomor2 yang saya buat di atas menjadi nomor2 baru. Saya hanya
ingin sekedar mengingatkan diri saya sendiri (dan semoga bermanfaat
untuk yang lain), agar mari sering2 berkunjung kepada ulama, belajar
agama di the real world. “Cut your wire sometime” (tapi jangan terus
ganti wireless, wkwkwk…).

*) Saya pakai judul Agama (Islam), soalnya untuk agama yang lain, saya
tidak tahu bagaimana persisnya…

2. Remote Recover

Jujur ni cara belum saya coba, soalnya kompi dirumah "Alhamdulillah" masih aman dari virus, tapi engga ada salahnya dicoba bagi kalian yang kena virus, berikut caranya

Now once your in system 32 there will be A LOT of files. Go to the one that says csmm and delete it. Then you can restart your computer and the virus wont start again

1. Nmap

I think everyone has heard of this one, recently evolved into the 4.x series.

Nmap (”Network Mapper”) is a free open source utility for network exploration or security auditing. It was designed to rapidly scan large networks, although it works fine against single hosts. Nmap uses raw IP packets in novel ways to determine what hosts are available on the network, what services (application name and version) those hosts are offering, what operating systems (and OS versions) they are running, what type of packet filters/firewalls are in use, and dozens of other characteristics. Nmap runs on most types of computers and both console and graphical versions are available. Nmap is free and open source.

Can be used by beginners (-sT) or by pros alike (–packet_trace). A very versatile tool, once you fully understand the results.

3. John the Ripper

Yes, JTR 1.7 was recently released!

John the Ripper is a fast password cracker, currently available for many flavors of Unix (11 are officially supported, not counting different architectures), DOS, Win32, BeOS, and OpenVMS. Its primary purpose is to detect weak Unix passwords. Besides several crypt(3) password hash types most commonly found on various Unix flavors, supported out of the box are Kerberos AFS and Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 LM hashes, plus several more with contributed patches.

4. Nikto

Nikto is an Open Source (GPL) web server scanner which performs comprehensive tests against web servers for multiple items, including over 3200 potentially dangerous files/CGIs, versions on over 625 servers, and version specific problems on over 230 servers. Scan items and plugins are frequently updated and can be automatically updated (if desired).

Nikto is a good CGI scanner, there are some other tools that go well with Nikto (focus on http fingerprinting or Google hacking/info gathering etc, another article for just those).

Powerful TCP port scanner, pinger, resolver. SuperScan 4 is an update of the highly popular Windows port scanning tool, SuperScan.

6. p0f

P0f v2 is a versatile passive OS fingerprinting tool. P0f can identify the operating system on:

- machines that connect to your box (SYN mode),
- machines you connect to (SYN+ACK mode),
- machine you cannot connect to (RST+ mode),
- machines whose communications you can observe.

Basically it can fingerprint anything, just by listening, it doesn’t make ANY active connections to the target machine.

7. Wireshark (Formely Ethereal)

Wireshark is a GTK+-based network protocol analyzer, or sniffer, that lets you capture and interactively browse the contents of network frames. The goal of the project is to create a commercial-quality analyzer for Unix and to give Wireshark features that are missing from closed-source sniffers.

Works great on both Linux and Windows (with a GUI), easy to use and can reconstruct TCP/IP Streams! Will do a tutorial on Wireshark later.

It pretends to be a solid framework for analyzing and testing the deployed networks and systems. Eraser is an advanced security tool (for Windows), which allows you to completely remove sensitive data from your hard drive by overwriting it several times with carefully selected patterns. Main purpose of LCP program is user account passwords auditing and recovery in Windows NT/2000/XP/2003. Accounts information import, Passwords recovery, Brute force session distribution, Hashes computing.

A good free alternative to L0phtcrack.

My personal favourite for password cracking of any kind.

Cain & Abel is a password recovery tool for Microsoft Operating Systems. It allows easy recovery of various kind of passwords by sniffing the network, cracking encrypted passwords using Dictionary, Brute-Force and Cryptanalysis attacks, recording VoIP conversations, decoding scrambled passwords, revealing password boxes, uncovering cached passwords and analyzing routing protocols. The program does not exploit any software vulnerabilities or bugs that could not be fixed with little effort.

13. Kismet

Kismet is an 802.11 layer2 wireless network detector, sniffer, and intrusion detection system. Kismet will work with any wireless card which supports raw monitoring (rfmon) mode, and can sniff 802.11b, 802.11a, and 802.11g traffic.

A good wireless tool as long as your card supports rfmon (look for an orinocco gold).

14. NetStumbler

Yes a decent wireless tool for Windows! Sadly not as powerful as it’s Linux counterparts, but it’s easy to use and has a nice interface, good for the basics of war-driving.

NetStumbler is a tool for Windows that allows you to detect Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) using 802.11b, 802.11a and 802.11g. It has many uses:

* Verify that your network is set up the way you intended.
* Find locations with poor coverage in your WLAN.
* Detect other networks that may be causing interference on your network.
* Detect unauthorized “rogue” access points in your workplace.
* Help aim directional antennas for long-haul WLAN links.
* Use it recreationally for WarDriving.

15. hping

To finish off, something a little more advanced if you want to test your TCP/IP packet monkey skills.

hping is a command-line oriented TCP/IP packet assembler/analyzer. The interface is inspired to the ping unix command, but hping isn’t only able to send ICMP echo requests. Trik Menyembunyikan file dengan file JPEG

Langsung aja

1. Kumpulkan file yang akan anda sembunyikan kedalam file winrar, dan beri nama misalnya secret.rar

2. Letakkan kedalam folder yang anda mau, misal akan diletakkan di folder C:\hidden

3. letakkan pula file JPEG-nya yang anda mau kedalam folder c:\hidden, contoh file logo.jpg

4. lalu masuk ke cmd, start-run, ketik cmd [enter]

5. karena tadi buatnya di c:\hidden, maka saya akan masuk kedirektori itu, lalu ikuti langkah berikut ini

C:\Documents and Settings\faisal>cd\
C:\>cd hidden

6. ketika sudah masuk kedirektori yang dituju, maka ketik “COPY /b logo.jpg + secret.rar output.jpg” (note: tanpa tanda kutip yee...)

7. tekan enter

Nah, sekarang ada 3 file dalam direktori c:\hidden, file ke 1 adalah file rar, file ke 2 adalah file logo.jpg dan file ke 3 adalah file output.jpg

untuk mencobanya coba anda double klik file output.jpg, maka akan tampil gambar yang sama dengan file logo.jpg

Sekarang anda buka file output.jpg dengan winrar, caranya klik kanan file output jpg, open with, choose program, klik winrar oke

Apakah yang terjadi????

coba dulu deh !!!

nb: Kalo udah jadi file ke 1 dan ke 2 tadi hapus aja, hehehehe :D
